This Privacy Notice describes how Modus SA, hereinafter also referred to as “The company”, collects personal information/data, how these are handled, the rights that the clients have and how they can exercise such rights.
1. THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY MODUS SA
The type of personal information that we may collect from you, according on your use of our Website are:

In the event of a complaint to which the company has not provided a satisfactory response, you can contact the competent Federal Authority for Data Protection and Transparency- Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Berna (Switzerland) – which is the body in charge to ensure compliance with the obligations regarding personal data.
4. THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY THIRD PARTIES
Your personal data is processed by MODUS SA, its service providers and partners for the purpose of managing and executing the services you have requested or authorized. Your data may also be transferred to third-party service providers who provide services or support and advice to the company. On request, data may also be transferred to persons and authorities whose right of access to personal data is recognized by the law, regulations or provisions issued by the legally competent authorities. The service providers and partners of the company may be located outside the European Union. When a service provider or partner is located in a country that has not been recognized as having an adequate level of protection, the company requires it to comply with the requirements of security and confidentiality of your personal data, and to process your data only for the purposes it has identified. These service providers and partners will have previously signed the standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
